I wish to express my sincerest thanks and gratitude to Chris Rider, BBC, for affording me such an opportunity to share my thoughts and opinions with so many listeners and for his insight and appreciation of the nature of the problem.

For me this has been a significant milestone. I have been campaigning against the process that destroys so many lives; my own included.

Finally, here is a presentation that has examined the process and not focussed on what I term to be ‘a poor teacher’s story’.

This programme is only the start but it is a beginning. My intention is to be there at the end for I will never stop fighting !

This meeting of the Commons Select Committee on Children, Schools and Families was held as a direct consequence of my discussions with the BBC in January 2009.

Subsequently, on the 16 July 2009, my story featured in TimesOnline coincident with the publication of the government report Allegations Against School Staff HC695 and Government Response - Appendix 1. The report includes my submitted evidence and my book.

I, a reception teacher, an individual, did this through my continuing fight for justice that can have no end.

Polygraph Examination

I am the first teacher in the United Kingdom to have undergone a polygraph examination in an attempt to prove their innocence. The examination was undertaken by one of the most authoritative experts in this field - Don Cargill of NADAC.

This evidence was ignored by Lancashire County Council even though such examinations are valid, reliable and are used by government in the Offender Management Act 2007.

You will soon realize that truth has no importance nor value. You are guilty from the start and you will experience a nightmare without end.

I make the offer to undergo another examination to prove, once again, my innocence with the condition that the head teacher, HR manager and key witness also take the test and that the results be made public.
